Harley, a young filly with her friend~18 year old Chief, a blind and gentle being. During the day he is free to graze and wander. When it’s time to head back to the barn, he is challenged to find the gate opening. Harley made an immediate heart connection with him from her birth 5 months ago, and through her “horse sense” knows that Chief needs assistance and leads him safely home On location on Horse Butte, Mt. We were so blessed by a day of rain that cleared the skies allowing us to see the mountains and glorious colors after a month of fires and smoke.
